Otloz — Child Safety Standards

Otloz ("we", "our") is committed to keeping our platform safe for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Otloz and will result in immediate account termination: creating, sharing, soliciting, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM); using the platform to groom, exploit, or endanger minors; any content or communication that sexualizes or harms children; and any conduct violating applicable child protection laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).

Enforcement

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE activity on our platform, we will promptly remove the content, permanently ban the associated accounts, preserve evidence as required by law, and report the matter to the relevant authorities, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Reporting

Users can report concerning content or behaviour directly within the Otloz app using the Report & Feedback option, or by writing to us at the contact address below. All reports are reviewed promptly and treated confidentially.
